I love startups and co-ops. I love ideas and uncertainty and rolling with the punches and navigating murky waters. I love teaching and being creative. I love accounting and math and other geeky things. I love working with people making the world a better place, and making a better life for themselves.
Now, here is the boring stuff:
I have a business degree from A&M Commerce and hold certifications for accounting, QuickBooks and Dynamics 365. I passed the CPA exams in 2016. In the past, I have worked in the accounting/office departments of both large and small businesses. I have begun two microbusinesses of my own. I have also freelanced and helped with websites, yearly reports, mailings, etc. I especially enjoy processing, analyzing, and reporting data (Excel VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, IFTHEN's, etc.), setting up bookkeeping systems, and working with people new to bookkeeping or to business processes.
